Example Screens

Earnings Screen

Multi record screens are used when many records exist for a single employee. Earnings, service, status history are all good examples of data that would likely contain many records for an employee. The Earnings screen on the right is an example of a multi record screen.

Username/Password History
System screens hold data that is not tied to any particular employee. An example System screen is featured on the left.

Dialogs screen types will cause a dialog to pop that the user can input information to. Dialog typically don't save information to a database but they can be configured to do so. More often they are used to filter records for screens, submit batch jobs, launch reports, etc. A dialog that is used by the system to back up data is depicted on the right.

Create Backup
Payment Info Screen
Robust screens can be setup with the hrMecca administration systems. Labels and fields can be positioned anywhere on the screen. An example payroll information screen with many labels, fields and columns of information is shown on the left.
