Flexible & Fully Configurable

The hrMecca administration system has an integrated configuration capability that allows non-technical users to easily customize the application. When a user with implementation privileges logs into the system, an Edit XML Parameters menu is available that allows all aspects of the system to be configured.
This menu allows implementation staff to setup screens and menus, determine the values that can be selected from screen drop down data fields, configure the employee summary banner that resides at the bottom of all screens and set up forms and letters. Service level parameters, which screens appear on the All Screen Print report and Case Management types can also be configured. XML parameters can also be set up that control access security (who can access what screens/fields as well as employees in different locations). Interfaces that allow data to be loaded into the system can also be configured from this menu.

Screen Configuration
Any number of screens can be setup in the hrMecca administration system. Data fields, drop downs, data types, screen captions, labels and screen element positioning are all controlled by easy to use XML parameters.

Menu Configuration
Robust, multi-tiered menus can be setup using the menu XML parameters. Tool tips can be configured to display when the user hovers their cursor over a menu entry.

Summary Banner Configuration
A summary banner resides at the bottom of all screens that displays commonly referenced employee fields such as first name, last name, employee number, status, etc. The fields that are displayed in this summary are controlled by XML parameters.
